Arrived in less than 30 minutes, opened our accidentally locked door that had no key and rekeyed our lock all in less than 30 minutes. The young guy was very cordial and dealt with most of the communication. The older gentleman didn’t have much to say bud did most of the work. I suspect he has fixed a lot of locks in his career.
