Being new to the area and not knowing any locksmiths, I randomly chose a nearby provider and after one phone conversation and two follow up messages, he never showed up. Resuming my search, I Googled locksmiths and began reviewing websites and other info. A Locksmith’s website invited reviews on AngiesList, and I took this to mean they care about their reputation and level of service they provide and I gave them a call. They responded immediately, made an appointment for a few days later which was exactly what I wanted. Ken showed up on time, was professional and wasted no time attending to the task of re-keying the locks on all the doors of the house we had just bought. The front door locks had previously been installed incorrectly so it was a challenge to work with them but he was able to make them right. Another door had no key and it was one we wanted the option of locking on occasion, so he made a key for that. I requested numerous copies of each key which he readily provided. I would recommend A Locksmith without hesitation and will certainly call them again if I need further locksmith services.
