Our Schlage lock - which we love - was acting up and we couldn’t find the hard keys! I easily booked an appt online for the next day. I was called within the hour to confirm the appt. The next day Jon called and said he was in the area and could come earlier if I was available which worked great! Lock was re keyed and key copies made in less than thirty mins.
